  “God in my cells, that’s my celly” means that God lives in every cell of Jay’s body and ‘celly’ is slang for a cell mate in jail. So God and Jay are serving a life sentence together, that God will always be living with him in his cells. Also the double meaning of a ‘celly’ being a cell phone, that God is a means for Jay to communicate with the world. That line is bonkers great, y’all!
