Rihanna is the only artist that can drop nothing for 6 years and still comeback strong

I'm not crying, I just got dust in my eyes😭 She and her songs remind me of my childhood and the good memories I had as a child

This is not what I expected but I’m so here for it. The natural vocals here are everything. I will forever be a Rihanna fan because of her natural artistry in everything she does. Edit: when I said that this wasn’t what I was expecting I didn’t mean it in a negative way which I didn’t think I had to clarify. I had no idea it was going to be used for a movie. I was genuinely enthused with the release.

I am crying. Almost 6 years. Hearing her voice, now of a grown up woman and mother. A song that talks to your soul...that's what we needed now. Pure vibes, sweet lyrics. Indeed, we need love, in this world full of noise and troubles. Rihanna navy's happiest day. Thank you, Rih 🥹🍀

This is truly like a lullaby my sister recently passed from domestic violence and hearing this made me cry but also put me to sleep thinking of her🥺❤️

I just watched Wakanda Forever and I am in silence. This playing at the end was perfect, emotional, and left us broken, but assured that we can keep moving. The people we love and lose are never gone. They are with us always. Thank you Chadwick for your selflessness and inspirational presence. I promise to never take anything for granted and to push forward to success. 🖤🙏🏾

I love the fact that after all these years, she kept her amazing style✨ she is not influenced by the style of today’s songs. Her voice is just perfect🤍 it was worth all the wait

There's something about Rihanna's angelic voice in this song that's unlocked an emotion in me. I can't stop crying while listening to this

Lift Me Up will certainly guide us throughout these dark times. The instrumentals in the background along with Rihanna’s vocals match together seamlessly. Hopefully we can expect a full-length album sooner or later.

"What I am trying to say is. This song is so beautiful in so many ways imaginable. I literally cry when this song is played because it's so touching and has such a strong effect and yet it reminds me of my past mistakes in the turning point of my life that elevates me to climb higher and reach out to help other people and lift them up"

She is singing from a deep place of love, she has experienced a pure love,a love that nurtures you and is not restrictive a soft love, a love thats set you free🖤

Those vocals were PHENOMENAL, we have to remember this song is for a movie, not her own. ❤

Hardcore Black Panther fans will recognize that Kora melody, from the track "Ancestral Plane" from the Black Panther score. The song is a call to the ancestors to protect and watch over us, after they have passed on
