  ❤️❤️❤️I first heard the short version of this song months ago, and it immediately became my favorite. Since then, it's stayed with me in a powerful way. After losing my step dad in August and went through a horrible breakup around Christmas, I found myself completely lost and doing whatever I could to numb the pain. But one day, I woke up and felt a shift …. I finally started to feel better. Even though I was still alone, my life slowly began to improve, and for that, I thank God. So many people I loved seemed to disappear from my life, and I struggled to make sense of it all. There was even a time when I stopped praying because it felt like nothing helped. But eventually, I reached a point where I had no choice but to turn back to faith …. it truly saved me. This song deeply resonates with me. It’s not just the melody that’s memorable, but the lyrics themselves echo a real conversation I once had with my ex. The entire storyline feels like it mirrors my own life, and when I heard it live during “Sand in My Boots,” I couldn’t hold back the tears. Morgan, if you ever see this…..thank you. I truly love your music. It’s helped me through some of the darkest times, and I’ll always be a loyal fan. If I ever get the chance to meet you personally , I feel we would be best friends.
