We are too sedentary because we’re too busy watching exercise videos instead of actually exercising. 😂

Use to get in the car, drive to the mall, walk around and hang out with your friends. Now we just sit on the toilet ordering off Amazon 😂

A NASA study found that 10 minutes of jumping on a trampoline is the equivalent of a 30 minute run. The fact is exercising on a trampoline take less time than running. If you're a busy parent who struggles to find time to exercise you can go for a quick jump right in your backyard!

I was fortunate being self employed for 50 years had me moving constantly and never sat down more than a hour or two the whole day totaled up. Now retired I got three dogs to force myself to walk three times in the am starting at 5:30am and late afternoons 3 times a day for a total of 20,000 steps. 😅

If you sit all day, movement stops being optional and starts becoming necessary. Small daily habits protect your body long before big problems show up.

Awesome! Thanks! My problem has been recovering from a spinal injury, I don’t/can’t sit…I must lie in a prone position to rest my spine after prolonged activity. Or did for far too long. It’s how I was able to even begin watching YouTube videos. ❤ Now that I’m (mostly) out of the cave, I can’t even find time to watch one full video…because I never want to be forced to “keep resting” ever again. Our world is very strange when children prefer to be looking digital screens instead of playing outside. I’ve already fulfilled my lifetime-screen-time-quota. I need to take it in small doses now…because all I want now is to be outside or playing as much as possible! 💃

Any exercise is great. I detest exercise but I'm trying. I listen to all Steven's stuff because it motivates me to try. ❤😂

My fitbit encourages me to get moving every hour. When I actually adhere to their suggestions, I can surely feel the difference.

I spend around 20 minutes sitting on the floor in 4 different poses every day, including deep squat. The only exercises I do are for balance and mobility. Focusing on that naturally causes me to do strength, resistance and flexibility stances. It takes around 45 minutes every morning. I sit for atleast 10 hours a day, but I also do 3 x 30 minutes walks with my dog on top of my morning routine. That is my daily routine and I am as healthy and mobile today as I was in my teenage years 40 yrs ago. Solong as I can tie my shoes standing on one foot, deep squat and get off the ground from a sitting position to standing without using my hands, Im gonna trust in my body and not worry about this or that study
