  Man this man got me through some real shit with my family. I was like 15 and everything at home was falling apart, family fighting all the time and taking it out on me. Found this music and Em was basically saying everything I couldn't put into words. Made me realize I wasn't crazy for feeling angry about all the dysfunction. just hits different when you're dealing with family drama. Marshall showed me you can come from a messed up situation and still make something of yourself. Every time I listen to him I remember I don't have to let my family's problems become my problems.
