  Soy japonés. Honestamente, mezclar 'Yonaguni' con la bandera de Corea del Sur es algo impensable para nosotros (debido a disputas territoriales y los 1000 km de distancia). Además, usar la palabra 'sexo セックスしたい(sekkusu-shitai)' explícitamente en una canción japonesa es un tabú absoluto aquí. Sin embargo, aplaudo la singularidad de esta obra precisamente por romper todas esas normas culturales. 👏🇯🇵

  I’m a Japanese high school student, and I recently started listening to him. As a Japanese fan of Spanish music, I was so happy when he sang in Japanese in Yonaguni. To be honest, there was a time when I wished I wasn’t Japanese. Most of the cultures I love use English or Spanish, and I even wished I could be Latina. It sometimes felt painful going to my high school, where everyone listens to Japanese music and watches Japanese TV shows. I felt like there was no one I could share how cool Latin culture is with. I still have to study English for my university entrance exams, but after that, I plan to study Spanish. I’m really looking forward to it. Back then, I didn’t really like my own culture. But this song changed my mind. Now I feel proud of my country and of who I am. For me, this isn’t just a love song — it means so much more. Thank you. I promise I’ll learn Spanish and write a comment in Spanish someday to tell him how much I appreciate him.
